日本传染病监测制度对我国的启示

    摘要：目的 介绍日本开展传染病监测的基本情况及其特色，提出值得我国借鉴的建议。方法从传染病法律法规、传染病分类、报告要求等方面分析日本的传染病监测情况。结果日本的传染病监测已超百年历史，随时代变化和经济发展不断增加病种，重视流行病学信息的收集，利用互联网及时发布信息和开展宣传活动。结论我国应借鉴日本的做法，逐步增加法定报告传染病的数量，增加对传染病感染地域、途径等流行病学信息的收集，利用互联网加大信息公开的力度。

    Brief of infectious disease surveillance inJapan and its inspiration

    Abstract:   Objective  To introduce the brief practice of infectious disease surveillancein Japan, and bring forward the suggestions should be adopted byChina.   Methods   The infectious diseasesurveillance in Japan from the fields of laws and regulation,infectious disease classifications, reporting requirements, etcwere analyzed.  Results   Japan carried outinfectious disease surveillance over 100 years, increased thenumber of surveillance diseases with times advanced, emphasized thecollection of epidemiological information, and disseminated relatedinformation via internet in time. Conclusion   Chinashould follow Japan’s practices, step up the number of notifiableinfectious diseases, try to collect information about infectedarea, channels, etc., and disseminate more infectious diseaseinformation via internet open.
