摘要:目的 分析、溯源一起外籍船员群体性流感的原因。方法结合流行病学调查结果,采集所有船员的鼻咽拭子,处理后利用实时荧光PCR法对样本进行甲型流感、乙型流感、禽流感、甲型H3N2流感及新型甲型H1N1流感的检测;同时对所选样本进行RT-PCR确证检测及HA基因测序分析并构建分子进化树。结果实时荧光PCR检测结果显示,6例患者的甲型流感病毒及新型甲型H1N1流感病毒检测均为阳性,但均未检出乙型流感、禽流感及甲型H3N2流感病毒;RT-PCR确证实验以及HA基因测序结果也表明为新型甲型H1N1流感病毒阳性。结论引起本次群体性流感事件的原因为新型甲型H1N1流感病毒感染。分子进化分析表明,引起本次流感事件的病毒株与从香港分离得到的病毒株属同一分支。

Laboratory detection and analysis on group ofcases infected with
influenza A(H1N1) from foreign ship

Abstract: Objective To analysis and trace back the pathogen of group cases infectedwith influenza A (H1N1) from foreign ship. Methods Considering epidemiological analysis, the nasalswab and throat swab from every infected sailors were collected andthe pathogens as influenza A, influenza B, avian influenza, H3N2and H1N1 were detected with real-time fluorescent PCR. The methodsof RT-PCR and HA gene sequencing analysis were also used toidentify the separated strains. Results Theresult of real-time fluorescent PCR showed that all the 6 patientswere positive of H1N1 virus. The positive samples were identifiedto be H1N1 virus with RT-PCR and sequencing. Conclusion The pathogen of the group of cases is theinfection of H1N1 virus, and originated from the strain separatedfrom swine infected by H1N1 virus in HongKong.
