摘要:目的 对海港口岸输入性创伤弧菌DXV1108进行鉴定和分子分型研究。方法从一艘越南入境船舶的压舱水中分离获得1株病原菌,采用Vitek 2Compact全自动微生物分析系统进行分类鉴定和抗生素耐药性分析,并采用多位点序列分析(MLST)方法进行分子分型。结果该菌株99%的概率为创伤弧菌,对抗革兰氏阴性菌的抗生素敏感,MLST分析显示为一新发现的序列型。结论本研究对海港口岸防控输入性致病弧菌引发的传染病有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective To identify and analyze the molecular subtyping of a VibiroVulnificus strain DXV1108 which introduced from seaport. Methods A germ straim from ballast water was collectedfrom a vietnam-entry ship, Vitek 2 Compact Fully Automated TestingSystem was adopted to indentify and analyze the vibrio strain’sdrug-resistance and the method of MLST was used to analyzethe strain’s molecular subtyping. Results The germ strain was confirmed as Vibiro Vulnificus (probability99%), it was sensitive to the antibiotics of gram-negative bacteriaand belong to a new sequence type by MLST. Conclusion This investigation would be of greatsignificance for prevention introduced vibiro infections atseaport.
