摘要:目的建立一个可实时收集医学蚊媒及其疾病传播情况,并及时与各口岸交换流行性蚊媒疾病等的信息平台。方法 以java开发和SQL Sever2005数据库管理系统为技术支持,采用Hibernate数据访问层技术,建立口岸医学蚊媒信息服务系统。该系统采用典型的MVC(model-view-controller)架构,以接口和模块组件的思想实现系统功能。结果系统主要由标本管理、疾病管理、信息预警预报等五大模块构成,不仅可以为蚊虫鉴定、蚊媒疾病提供专业的查询信息,还可实时收集各口岸新的蚊媒相关信息,并将信息通过网络共享,同时具备数据统计和风险预警的功能,并可将预警信息以邮件、短信等多种方式通知用户。结论该系统界面实用性强,能为口岸卫生检疫工作提供专业的医学蚊媒信息服务平台,加强各口岸信息交流合作,具有广阔的应用前景。

The development of information service systemon mosquito vectors

Abstract: Objective To develop a information service system for collecting andinterchanging the information on mosquito vectors and themosquito-bone diseases timely among ports. Methods Under the support of java program andstructured query language(SQL)Server 2005 database managementsystem, the information system on mosquito vectors was establishedby Hibernate data access and display technology. Themodel-view-controller (MVC) design pattern was adopted and hasextensibility in actual systems. Results Thewhole system concluded five parts which were specimen informationservice, diseases information service and risk alert system, et al.This system can provide professional information for mosquitoidentification, mosquito-borne diseases, and could share thereal-time collecting of fresh information from ports on mosquitovectors by web service. The system could also make a risk alertautomatically and deliver the message in numerous ways such ase-mail or short message to users. Conclusion Thisestablished system had a friendly interface and practicability forapplication, and would have bright future in health and quarantinefor providing a professional service for health quarantine and helpto intensify the communion among ports.
