摘要:目的分析2009年深圳口岸甲型H1N1流感疫情暴发早期监测的结果,阐明甲型H1N1病毒的传入特征。方法对深圳罗湖、福田地铁、深圳湾、皇岗、蛇口、文锦渡、大铲湾、机场、沙头角9个国境口岸出入境人员实行流感监测,对监测到的流感样病例采集咽拭子标本,并进行流行病学调查。运用WHO推荐的甲型H1N1实时荧光RT-PCR技术检测流感样病例的咽拭子标本。结果2009年5月4日—2009年7月31日,深圳罗湖、福田地铁、深圳湾、皇岗、蛇口、文锦渡、大铲湾、机场、沙头角9个口岸监测到的流感样病例为2341份,其中,246份流感样病例的咽拭子标本中甲型流感病毒核酸检测阳性,检出率为10.51%;89份流感样病例的咽拭子标本中新型甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测阳性,检出率为3.80%。89份新型甲型H1N1流感病例中,男性54例,占60.67%,女性35例,占39.33%。早期病例年龄构成以50岁以下人群为主,其中,6~34岁人群最多,占总病例数的79.78%。89份甲型H1N1流感病例均为输入性病例。结论新型甲型H1N1流感疫情早期,深圳国境口岸监测到的输入性病例,从2009年5—7月,甲型流感病毒和新型甲型H1N1流感病例的检出率具有显著增加的趋势。

Analysis on monitoring results of influenza A(H1N1) in early stages of
epidemic at Shenzhen ports

Abstract: Objective To analyze the monitoring results of influenza A (H1N1) in theearly stages of epidemic among entry-exit personnel at Shenzhenports, and to explore the infectious characteristics ofinfluenza A (H1N1) virus. Methods The influenzasurveillance was implemented among entry-exit personnel from Luohu,Futian subway, Shenzhen wan, Huanggang, Shekou, Wengjindu,Dachanwan, Shenzhen Airport, and Shatoujiao Port. Throat swab frominfluenza-like illness patients were collected and epidemiologicalinvestigation was carried out. Throat swab were detected influenzaA (H1N1) by real-time RT-PCR that WHO recommended. Results A total of 2 341 samples of throat swabs fromnine ports in Shenzhen from May 4 to July 31, 2009 were collected.A total of 246 cases were positive for influenza A virus nucleicacid detection and the positive rate was 10.51%. 89 specimens wereidentified as influenza A (H1N1) and the positive rate was 3.80%.Of these, 54 cases were male, accounting for 60.67%, 35 cases werefemale, accounting for 39.33%. Conclusion All ofinfluenza A (H1N1) cases were imported cases at Shenzhen ports. Thepositive rate of influenza A viruses and influenza A (H1N1) issignificantly increasing from May to July.
