胶体金免疫层析快速定量检测西尼罗病毒抗体方法的建立

    摘要：目的 建立一种胶体金免疫层析快速定量检测西尼罗病毒抗体的方法。方法利用胶体金免疫层析技术，建立快速检测西尼罗病毒抗体的方法，评价其特异性和敏感性，进行定量检测并拟合标准曲线。结果 该法可在15min内完成定性和定量检测，定量检测灵敏度为1:104/test，线性范围1:101/test~1:104/test、回收率86.5%~122.7%。结论建立的检测西尼罗病毒抗体的胶体金免疫层析方法，能快速、灵敏、特异、准确地对样本中的西尼罗病毒抗体进行定性、定量检测。

    Rapid quantitative detection on antibody ofWest Nile Virus using

    colloid gold immunochromatographic test

    Abstract:   Objective  To develop a rapid and quantitative detection method on antibody ofWest Nile Virus using colloid gold immunochromatographictest.   Methods   The rapid detection methodwas established with colloid gold immunochromatographic assay， andthe specificity and sensitivity of the method was then evaluated.Quantification was realized by constructing a standard curve. Results   This established method could be accomplishedqualitatively as well as semi-quantitative detection in 15 minutes,the sensitivity was up to 1:104/test, the linear range wasfrom1:101/test to 1:10 4/test, the recovery rate was 86.5%~ 122.7%.This method showed good specificity and sensitivity, which coulddetect samples directly.  Conclusion   The colloidgold immunochromatographic test we constructed could detect theantibody of West Nile Virus in samples rapidly, specifically,sensitively and accurately, and to realize quantification, and issuitable for field detection.
