2007—2010年三亚口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

    摘要：目的掌握三亚口岸出入境人员艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝、丙肝的感染状况，分析其流行病学特征，为口岸传染病有效防控提供科学依据。方法采用哨点监测法，对2007—2010年收集的监测数据用EXCEL、SPSS等软件进行流行病学的统计分析。结果4年期间，三亚口岸共检出艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝、丙肝四类传染病122例，检出率为3.98%；艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝、丙肝的检出率分别为0.16%、0.29%、3.13%、0.39%。不同类别和国籍的出入境人员的阳性率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），以交通员工和吉尔吉斯斯坦籍人员为主。结论随着海南国际旅游岛建设进程加快，流动人员增多，因出入境人员染疫造成传染病流行的可能性加大。制定有效措施，加强传染病监测力度，以减少传染病的传入传出，已势在必行。

    Analysis on surveillance result of infectiousdiseases among entry-exit

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the prevalent situation of HIV, Syphilis, HBV and HCVof Exit-Entry personnel at Sanyan Port, analyse the epidemiologycharacteristics, and to provide scientific evidences for preventingthe infectious diseases effectively.  Methods   Thedata of epidemiological investigation were collocted andstatistical analysis was adopted from 2007 to 2010 by sentinelsurveillance method via Excel、SPSS.  Results    A total of 122 cases were found at Sanyaport, and the detection rate was 3.98%; the HIV, Syphilis, HBV andHCV infection rate was 0.16% 、0.29%、3.13%、0.39%， respectively.There were differences of infection rates between different typesand nationality of Exit-Entry personnel, the positive rate of thetraffic staff and Kyrgyzstan was the highest. Conclusion   As the developing of Hainan and theincreasing of exit-Entry personnel, the prevalence of infectiousdiseases might be serious. It is possible to establish theeffective methods and strengthen the surveillance to avoid thespread of infectious.
