成蚊形态学鉴定能力验证研究

    摘要：目的 通过设计组织能力验证活动，了解我国实验室成蚊形态学鉴定技术能力。方法采用幼虫孵化的办法获得样品，15只为1组，设计3种目标蚊种、4种干扰蚊种。结果共有境内外28家实验室参加了能力验证活动，初测满意率85.7%。目标蚊种共发放213只，总正确率为96.2%。干扰蚊种共发放207只，鉴定总正确率：81.2%。结论实验室总体鉴定能力良好，对于按蚊等种类需要加强技术培训。

    Proficiency testing on morphologicalidentification of adult mosquitoes

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the morphological identification of adult mosquitoesof laboratory technical competence of China by organizingproficiency testing.   Methods   The method ofhatching larvae was adopted to gain the samples, 15 mosquitoes foreach group,3 kinds of target species, 4 kinds of interferencespecies.   Results   There were 28 laboratoriesparticipated in proficiency testing,and the initial satisfied testrate was 85.7%.  213 target mosquito species were distributed;the total accuracy rate was 96.2%. 207 interference mosquitospecies were distributed, the total identification correct rate was81.2%.   Conclusion   The overallidentification situation is good, but technical training forAnopheles and other species need to be strengthened.
