黄热病疫苗与多种疫苗同时接种不良反应的分析

    摘要：目的观察和监测疫苗接种后不良反应，探讨黄热病疫苗与多种疫苗不同部位同时接种的安全性。方法对深圳国际旅行卫生保健中心2007—2010年预防接种者进行回访资料的整理、统计和分析。结果 2007—2010年共回访8730人次，23 494针次。其中接种黄热病疫苗3 702人次，共有1081人报告有不良反应，不良反应总报告率为12.38％；按接种针次计算为4.60％，报告的不良反应以一般不良反应为主，占99.99％，未出现1例异常反应。结论黄热病疫苗与多种疫苗不同部位同时接种是安全可行的。

    Analysis on adverse reaction in simultaneousadministration of

    yellow fever and other vaccines

    Abstract:   Objective  To study the safety of simultaneous administration of yellow feverand other vaccines through surveying yellow fever vaccine adversereactions.  Methods   The data of adverse reactionafter vaccination from Apr.2007 to Apr.2010 were analyzedstatistically.  Results   Among 8 730 people and atotal of 23 494 doses of vaccination doses during Apr.2007 toApr.2010. 3 702 people were given yellow fever vaccine. There were1 081 cases of adverse reactions after vaccination, The rate ofadverse reaction was 12.38％(4.60％if calculated with per dose).Thereported adverse reactions were general reactions mainly,accounting for 99.99％.NO severe adverse reaction has beenreported.   Conclusion   Simultaneousadministration of yellow fever and other vaccines is safe andpracticable.
