广州港南沙港区创建国际卫生港口的效益浅析

    摘要：目的探讨广州港南沙港区成功创建国际卫生港口，为港区可持续发展，带来的经济和社会效益。方法采用描述性研究的方法，从港口卫生检疫核心能力、投资环境、货物吞吐量、通关时间和费用等方面进行简要分析。结果自2008年成功创建国际卫生港口以来，南沙港区的港口核心能力得到了极大的提高，航线共增加24条，集装箱吞吐量大幅提升，3年产生直接经济收益10139.7万元，其中为企业节省成本费用10 112.4万元。结论创建国际卫生港口工作对南沙港区乃至整个广州地区的经济社会发展产生积极影响，也为国境口岸贯彻落实《国际卫生条例（2005）》提供参考。

    Analysis of three-year benefit for GuangzhouNansha Port

    since creating the international sanitaryport

    Abstract:   Objective  To explore the positive economic and social significance ofinternational sanitary port for the continuable development inGuangzhou Nansha Port.   Methods   Based ondescriptive method, the core capability, the conditions for invest,the throughput of cargo, and the cost of entry-exit were simplyanalyzed.   Results   Since Nansha port beinginternational sanitary port in 2008, its core capability had beengreatly improved. With a total increase of 24 routes, containerthroughput significantly improved. The direct economic benefits in3 years was more than 101.397 million RMB, of which the costsavings for the enterprises reaching 101.124 million. Conclusion   The campaign of international sanitary portcould not only make a positive impact on economic and socialdevelopment to Nansha Port event to Guangzhou, but also providedreference for border crossings implementing "International HealthRegulations (2005)".
