摘要:液相芯片是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的被喻为后基因组时代的新型芯片技术,液相芯片以其特异、灵敏及高通量等特点已在传染病快速诊断中得到广泛应用。本文详细介绍了其原理、优点,并对该技术在传染病病原体筛查方面的应用进展作一综述。表明其可用作蛋白质和核酸等生物分子的高通量检测平台。

Abstract: The liquichip,a new and powerfulpost-genomic era tool,was first developed in 1997 .Featuring manyremarkable advantages such as high-throughput,flexibility,rapidnessand multiplexing ability.This is an introduction to the principle and advantages,and reviewed applications of this newliquichip technology in rapid diagnosis of infectious diseases. Theliquichip detection Technology provides a high-throughput platformfor assays of protein,nucleic acid and biomolecular interactionanalysis.
