吸毒针具残血中HIV抗体检测方法研究

    摘要：目的 了解云南边境地区跨境吸毒人群艾滋病感染情况。方法对90份静脉吸毒针具中残血及与之对应的吸毒人员血清样本，260份出入境人员体检样本和90份孕产妇艾滋病监测哨点样本（每份样本包含血清样本和对应的抽血用注射器中残血样本）进行HIV抗体检测。在回收的吸毒针具中，用1.0ml 0.01 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液将回收吸毒针具中残血溶出，检测HIV抗体。结果在回收的吸毒针具残血样本中，HIV抗体检测结果与血清样本检测结果一致。结论对边境地区跨境吸毒人群进行安全注射的宣传教育，以减少边境地区静脉注射吸毒人群共用注射器吸毒的发生，控制艾滋病在吸毒人群中传播。

    Detction method on HIV antibody ofresidual

    Abstract:   Objective  To  learn about HIV infection among cross-border drug users inthe border areas of Yunnan.  Methods    A totalof 90 drug syringes and corresponding serum samples of drugaddicts, 260 physical examintation samples of personnel goingabroad and 90 HIV sentinel surveillance samples of maternal (Eachsample contains serum samples and corresponding blood samples of ainjector) for HIV antibody test were used. In the recycling ofsyringes, residual blood was dissolved with 1.0ml 0.01mol/Lphosphoric acid buffer salt solution to test HIVantibody.   Results    In residual bloodsamples of the drug syringes, HIV antibody test results wereconsistent with the serum samples.   Conclusion It isnecessary to carry on the propaganda education of safe injection tocross-border drug users in the border areas, to reduce the incidentof sharing syringes to take drugs among intravenous drug users inthe border areas, control the spread of AIDS among drug users.
