杭州机场口岸入境有症状人员甲型H1N1流感排查分析和症状监测研究

    摘要：目的通过分析口岸入境有症状人员甲型H1N1流感排查情况，为今后提高对有症状人员的医学排查效率和细化甲型H1N1流感症状监测提供参考。方法2009年5—9月，杭州机场口岸对入境有症状人员进行流行病学调查和医学排查将甲型流感确诊病例与排除病例进行对比分析。结果共确诊甲型H1N1确诊病例为19例，经统计分析，确诊病例中具有2种以上症状的比例比被排除者高（χ2 = 16.692，P <0.05）。确诊病例比被排除人员出现发热体征（χ2 = 9.315，P < 0.05）和咳嗽（χ2 = 7.719，P <0.05）、咽痛（χ2 = 19.159，P < 0.05）等症状比例更高。结论相比其他有症状人员，甲流患者更易出现多种症状，特别是出现发热、咳嗽和咽痛等症状。因此，症状监测对甲流大流行的预警有一定的意义。

    Investigation analysis and symptomsurveillance studies on influenza A (H1N1) among entry symptomaticpersonnel at Hangzhou Airport

    Abstract:   Objective  To  analyze the status of influenza A (H1N1) investigationamong entry symptomatic personnel at Hangzhou airport, and toenhance the investigation efficiency of entry symptomatic personneland the refinement the key of influenza A (H1N1) symptomsurveillance.   Methods   The situation ofepidemiological and medicine investigation of entry symptomaticpersonnel was analyzed at Hangzhou airport from May to September2009. The contrastive analysis within the influenza A (H1N1)diagnosis case and others was carried on.  Results   All of 19 cases with confirmed influenza A(H1N1), the proportions of more than two symptom in the diagnosiscase was higher than others（χ2=16.692, P<0.05）.The proportionsof appear fever（χ2=9.315, P<0.05）, cough （χ2=7.719，P<0.05）andpharyngalgia （χ2=19.159，P<0.05） in the diagnosis case was higherthan others. Conclusion   Compares other symptomaticpersonnel, the influenza A (H1N1) patient has more changes toappear more symptoms, such as fever,cough and pharyngalgia.Therefore the symptom surveillance has certain significance to theearly warning pandemic influenza A (H1N1).
