广州白云机场口岸从业人员早期梅毒感染流行病学调查

    摘要：目的了解广州白云机场口岸从业人员梅毒感染情况和流行特点，为口岸从业人员传染病防控提供科学依据和指导。方法用甲苯胺红不加热血清（TRUST）试验做初筛，阳性血清采用梅毒螺旋体抗体明胶颗粒（TPPA）试验确认。所得数据采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果对2007—2008年14345名口岸从业人员进行健康体检，检出梅毒感染者39例，检出率为0.27％。其中男性12例，女性27例，男女比例为4：9。年龄分布以30～39岁为主，占感染总人数的48.72％；职业分布以服务行业最多为25人，占感染总人数的64.10%；感染途径以婚外性接触感染为主，占感染者总数的92.31%。结论在控制和预防梅毒的过程中，更应加强宣传教育，使其提高自我保护意识并正确对待和及时治疗。同时要不断提高监测水平，控制和切断梅毒在口岸的传播。

    Epidemiology survey and Analysis of syphilisinfection among

    employees at Guangzhou Baiyun InternationalAirport

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the status of syphilis infection among employees atGuangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and to provide scientificevidence for infectious diseases surveillance and prevention. Methods   The results on syphilis serum of employees atGuangzhou Baiyun Airport were analyzed．TRUST was used in screen andTPPA was conducted as a confirm method.  Results  Among 14 345 employees, 39 cases were found，the positive rate was0.27％．In which，12 cases were male，27 cases were female．The sexratio was 4：9．The majority of infection (48.72％) was from 30 to 39years old. The rate of service people was the highest，accountingfor 64.10%. The infection was through the sex out of wedlockmostly，accounting for 92.31%. Conclusions   It isnecessary to strengthen the publicity education and surveillance toemployees，and to improve public consciousness of health care toprevent infectious disease from spreading.
