摘要:目的了解辽宁各口岸医学媒介生物(蚊、蝇、鼠、螨、蜚蠊)的种群分布、季节消长及病原携带现状,为媒介传染病的流行病学分析和控制病媒生物的危害提供科学依据。方法成蚊监测采用人工小时法,蝇类监测采用笼诱法,蜚蠊监测采用蜚蠊诱捕器法,鼠类监测采用夹夜法,螨类监测采用革螨指数法。结果鼠形动物2科4属6种,褐家鼠为优势种群;蝇类5科18属41种,丝光绿蝇为优势种;蚊类3属14种,淡色库蚊为优势种;蜚蠊1科1属1种,为德国小蠊;螨1科1属1种,为耶氏厉螨。结论褐家鼠、丝光绿蝇、淡色库蚊和德国小蠊是辽宁各口岸媒介防控的主要对象,应当根据其孳生习性和季节消长规律,采取环境治理和药物控制等综合性防治措施。

Abstract: Objective To understand the population distribution and seasonal growth anddecline and the condition of carrying pathogen of vectors atLiaoning ports,and to provid the basis for epidemiological analysisof vector-borne diseases as well as vector control. Methods The rat density was monitored by night trap,mosquito density by the labor hour method, fly density by cagetraps and cockroach density by glue traps, mite density by indexmethod. Results In 2006-2009, captured rodentswere identified as 2 families 4 genera 6 species, flies belongingto 5 families 18 genera 41 species; mosquitoes belonging to 3genera 14 species. Rattus norvegicus, Lucilia Sericata, andCulex pipiens pallens were dominant species. Conclusion The focal targets for prevention and control at liaoning portsshould include Rattus norvegicus, Lucilia sericata and Culexpipiens pallens. Environment-centered and drug control integratedmeasures dependent on the breeding places and seasonal variationshould be adopted
