日本核事故对我国口岸预防核与辐射污染体系建设的启示

    摘要：目的 建立和完善口岸预防核与辐射污染体系，保障国家和人民生命健康安全。方法以英国公共卫生学院的公共卫生工作框架模型为基础，联系我国口岸实际情况，建立口岸预防核与辐射污染体系模型。结果口岸预防核与辐射污染体系模型使我国口岸预防核与辐射污染工作更加的系统和完善。结论口岸预防核与辐射污染体系建设是一项长期的系统工程，需要不断的去实践和完善。

    Abstract:   Objective  To build the prevention system at prot of nuclear and radiationpollution， and to guarantee country and people’s securit. Methods  Based on the conceptual model for public healthestablished by the UK’s Faculty of Public Health, this paperoutlines a model for the port prevention system construction ofnuclear and radiation pollution.  Results  The model willsupport effective delivery of prevention system construction of theport to nuclear and radiation pollution.  Conclusion  Theport prevention system construction of nuclear and radiationpollution is a long-term system engineering,and we need to practiceand improve it continuously.
