摘要:目的掌握大榭口岸鼠类及其体表寄生虫本底情况,为传染病监测和媒介生物控制提供依据,同时为大榭港区创建国际卫生港口工作提供基础数据。方法从2006—2010年,采用夹夜法对大榭口岸的鼠类种群的构成、密度、季节消长情况进行了调查。从2007—2010年,采用鼠笼法捕捉活鼠,对鼠类体表寄生虫进行了调查。结果夹夜法共捕获鼠类486只,经鉴定隶属2目2科4属7种,黑线姬鼠为优势鼠种,占44.14%;大林姬鼠为首次发现;年平均鼠密度为0.38%,4月和9月为高峰期。在用鼠笼法捕捉到的44只活鼠中检出寄生虫64只,经鉴定隶属蚤、蜱、螨3类。结论大榭口岸鼠密度较低,应继续加强鼠害监测与防制工作,进一步降低鼠密度,防止病媒传染病的发生。

Abstract: Objective To grasp the situation of rodents and parasites at Daxie port so asto provide the basis for infectious diseases surveillance andvectors control, and to provide the essential data for the work ofestablishing an international sanitary port. Methods The night trapping method was used tosystemically monitor the species composition and seasonal densityfluctuation of rodents at Daxie port from Jan.2006 to Dec.2010. Thecage-trapping method was adopted to catch the rodents in order tomonitor the ectoparasites on the rodents from Jan.2007 toDec.2010. Results Totally 486 rodents werecaptured, belonging to 7 species 4 gennus 2 families 2 orders,Apodemus agrarius was the dominate species accounting for 44.14%.The highest density of rodents appeared in April and September, andthe average annual density was 0.38%. 44 rodents were captured andone specie of flea、two species of ticks、one kind of mite werefound. Conclusion The rodents density of Daxie Port isvery low, we should make continuous efforts to strengthen theprevention and control of rodents, further reduce the rodentsdensity so that the infectious diseases caused by rats can beprevented.
