摘要:指数富集配基系统进化技术(Systematic Evolution ofLigands by ExponentialEnrichment,SELEX)是20世纪90年代初建立的一项筛选技术。近年来,随着对其研究的不断深入和完善,此项技术逐渐成熟并应用于生物、医学等众多领域。从蛋白质等生物大分子到食品添加剂等生物小分子的检测,都得到充分应用。正因具有库容量大、靶分子范围广、亲和力高、特异性强等众多优势,为其在出入境检验检疫食品添加剂、生物恐怖因子等检测中的应用奠定了基础。

Abstract: Systematic Evolution ofLigands by Exponential Enrichment (SELEX) is a screening techniqueestablished in the early 1990s. With the consummating of research,SELEX has used in biology, medicine and many other fields. It hasbeen fully utilized from detection of biological macromolecules tobiological micromolecules. Because of large library capacity, awide range of target molecules, high affinity, specificity, andmany other advantages, SELEX laid the foundation for the detectionof bio-terrorism, food additives and other factors in theEntry-exit Inspection and Quarantine.
