输入性恶性疟疾病例的调查报告

    摘要：目的 加强对来自疟疾疫区的回国人员的传染病监测，防止输入性疟疾进一步扩散。方法接卫生部门电话通报后，对2例确诊输入性恶性疟疾病例进行了流行病学调查和处置。结果通过临床诊断、实验室检查和流行病学调查，确诊2例输入性疟疾病例，并采取疫情监控、卫生处理、宣传教育等处理措施。结论目前，各类输入性传染病疫情越来越严重，许多地区受到输入性恶性疟疾的威胁。各级医疗单位和临床医生应提高对疟疾等传染病的认识；各相关部门协作配合，加强对出国劳务人员传染病防治知识的宣传教育，制定有效措施，以达到防止传染病传入的目的。

    Survey report on imported pernicious malariacases

    Abstract:   Objective  To strengthen observations on infectious diseases among those whocome from the quarantine area, and to prevent further spreading ofepidemic.    Methods    After phonecall of health department, the epidemiological investigation wasconducted to 2 suspected malaria cases accordingly.  Results     By clinical diagnosis, laboratoryexamination and epidemiological survey, 2 suspected malaria caseswere identified, and control epidemic situation, sanitarytreatment, public education were performed.  Conclusion   At present, the epidemic situation of kindsof communicable diseases transported from abroad was becoming moresevere and a lot of areas are menaced by imported perniciousmalaria. All medical setting and practitioners should give thepriorities to infectious disease such as malaria prevention andcontrol. All relevant departments should enhance cooperation andcoordination in health education among migrant worker to increasetheir awareness of communicable disease prevention and to take someeffective measures in this regard.
