杭州萧山国际机场口岸蝇类本底调查

    摘要：目的 掌握杭州机场口岸蝇类本底情况，为口岸控制媒介生物提供科学依据。方法2007年1—12月，采用蝇笼捕诱法对杭州机场口岸蝇类种群分布和季节消长情况进行了调查。结果 本次调查共捕获蝇类16953只，经分类鉴定隶属于4科13属19种，优势种群为大头金蝇；蝇密度随季节消长，平均蝇密度为176.59只/笼•d，在6、10月份出现两个高峰期；不同生境的蝇密度也各不相同。结论本次调查填补了杭州机场口岸蝇类资料的空白，为进一步开展蝇类媒介传染病监测提供了依据；做好媒介生物防制工作的关键是根据本地自然环境和媒介生物随季节性消长的特点，采取综合防制措施，才能防患于未然。

    Investigation on fly background at HangzhouXiaoshan International Airport

    Abstract:   Objective  To master the background of fly at Hangzhou International Airport,and to provide scientific basis for control biological vector atports.   Methods   From January 2007 toDecember 2007, the cages were used to collect theflies.    Results    A total of 16953 flies were captured, and subjected to 4 families 13 genera 19species. Chrysomya megacephala Fabricins, was the dominant species.The average density was 176.59 flies per cage. The monthly averagedensity was different from habitats and appeared two peaks, in Juneand October.   Conclusion   The result filledup the blank of fly species category of the Hangzhou Airport, andprovided the basis of further investigation for flies as vectors ofinfectious diseases. In the future, we should keep on investigatingthe background of vector, grasp seasonal fluctuations of HangzhouAirport and eliminate the flies.
