摘要:目的系统研究二溴海因对于三角褐指藻、小球藻、淡水混合藻、海水混合藻等藻类样本的杀灭效果。方法模拟船舶压载水处理方式,利用二溴海因杀灭微藻。结果 各藻类样本在经过二溴海因处理后48 h死亡率达到最高值。有效溴浓度为6ppm时,二溴海因对于4种藻体杀灭效果依次为:三角褐指藻100.00%,淡水混合藻97.04%,小球藻94.00%,海水混合藻86.15%。结论在本实验所采用的4种微藻中二溴海因对三角褐指藻的杀灭效果最明显。

Study on eliminating effect of DBDMH onseveral microalgae

Abstract: Objective To study on, eliminating effect on Phaeodactylum trizomutum,Chlorella protothecides, fresh water mixed algae, sea water mixedalgae. Methods Algaes were killed by DBDMHsimilar to shipping ballast water treatment. Results After treated the microalgae 48 h byDBDMH , mortality rate reached the highest value. When theconcentration of effective bromine was 6ppm, the mortality rate of4 kinds of microalgae treated by DBDMH were Phaeodactylumtricornutum (100.00%)> fresh water mixed algae(97.04%)> Chlorella protothecoides (94.00%)> sea water mixedalgae (86.15%). Conclusion Above the Eliminating effect of DBDMH on 4 kinds of microalgae,Phaeodactylum trizomutum is the most obvious.
