茂名口岸香港——水东航线小型货轮卫生监督报告

    摘要：目的了解茂名口岸小型货轮卫生状况，防止疾病和医学媒介生物传播，保护人体健康，保证生产和生活条件符合卫生要求，为做好茂名口岸小型货轮卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法对2009年7月—2010年6月航行香港—水东航线的83艘次小型货轮卫生监督结果进行分析。结果船舶照明及通风不合格率为18.07%；饮用水卫生监督结果合格；食品卫生方面的食物加工、储存不合格率为66.27％；废弃物处理不合格率为57.83％；防、捕鼠药械未配备或未保持使用状态，不合格为10.84%；船上未配备足够的口罩和手套或未建立健康异常记录本，不合格率为14.46%。结论在茂名口岸，应重点加强出入境小型货轮卫生监督，同时加强对船员、代理公司代理员的卫生宣传工作，以督促他们协助做好卫生监督工作。

    Report on sanitary supervision and sanitarydisposal of entry-exit small vessel at Maoming port

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the health status of small vessels at Maoming port,and to prevent the spread of diseases and medical vectors, protecthuman health, ensure the hygiene requirements of the production andliving conditions, and to provide scientific basis of sanitarysupervision at Maoming port.  Methods   The resultson health monitoring of small vessel along Hongkang and Shuidongwere analyzed.   Results    At Maomingport, there were 83 vessels along Shuiolong-Hongkang route in2009~2010. The failure rate of lighting was 18.07%; The monitoringresults of drinking water were qualified. The failure rate of foodprocessing, storage was 66.27%, The rate of waste treatmentfailture was 57.83%. Without equipments of catching mice wasaccounting for 10.84%. The failture rate of 14.46% was not equippedwith adequate masks and gloves or a healthy record.  Conclusion   It is necessary to strengthen healthmonitoring for entry-exit cargo ships sailing in Hongkang-Shuidongroute while streng thening education for the crew, agency staff tourge them to help improve public health monitoring.
