摘要:由于梅毒螺旋体不能在体外培养,抗原获取不易,因此梅毒的早期研究进展缓慢。梅毒螺旋体基因组测序完成后,得益于生物信息学技术,人们陆续发现了一系列与梅毒免疫应答、致病力和感染黏附相关的功能蛋白分子。这些蛋白的发现,使人们对梅毒的感染和免疫以及致病机制有了更深入的了解。本文从分子生物学水平介绍了与梅毒免疫应答、致病和黏附相关的功能性蛋白的研究情况。

Researoh progress in molecular biology ofTreponema Pallium on some functional proteins

Abstract: Syphilis, a sexuallytransmitted infection caused by the spirochetal bacterium Treponemapallidum, remains a global concerned public health problem. Beenstudied for centuries, however, the progress on syphilis had beenhindered by the inability to continuously culture this organism invitro. 1Thanks to the appliance of bioinformatics, people nowhave a deeper understanding on some functional proteins which mayrelating to immune response, virulence and adhesion during theinfection phase of syphilis. This review summarized some functionalproteins crucial to the infection process of Treponema pallidum atmolecular level.
