河源口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

    摘要：目的掌握河源口岸出入境人员传染病感染情况，为有效开展传染病监测和防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2004年1月—2010年6月河源口岸出入境人员的传染病监测资料进行统计分析。结果2004年1月—2010年6月共监测体检987人次，检出各类传染病97例，总检出率9.83%。其中HBsAg阳性85例，检出率为8.61%；HCV-Ab阳性5例，检出率为0.51%；肺结核1例，检出率为0.10%；梅毒5例，检出率为0.51%；HIV抗体阳性1例，检出率为0.10%。出境劳务人员传染病检出率高于非劳务人员（??2=5.194， P ＜ 0.05）。传染病检出率在各年龄组间的差异无统计学意义（??2= 2.416， P ＞0.05）。男性的传染病总检出率及HBsAg阳性检出率均高于女性（??2=3.877， P ＜ 0.05及??2= 3.910 ，P＜ 0.05）。结论HBsAg阳性为河源口岸出入境人员中流行的主要传染病。入境商务人员及出境劳务人员是河源口岸传染病监测的重点人群。

    Surveillance on infectious diseases amongentry-exit population at Heyuan Port

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the status of infectious disease among entry-exitpopulation at Heyuan Port, and to provide scientific evidence forthe disease surveillance and prevention.  Methods  The data of infectious disease surveillance among entry-exitpopulation at Heyuan Port from Jan, 2004 to Jun, 2010 wereanalyzed.  Results   During Jan, 2004 to Jun, 2010,among 987 entry-exit population, 97 cases were positive, thedetection rate was 9.83%. In which, 85 cases (8.61%) were HBsAgpositive; 5 cases (0.51%) were HCV-Ab positive; 1 case (0.10%) werefound to be active pulmonary tuberculosis; 5 cases (0.51%) weresyphilis positive and 1 case (0.10%) were HIV-Ab positive. Thedetection rate of infectious diseases in exit laborers was higherthan exit non-laborers (??2=5.194, P ＜ 0.05). For the detectionrates of infectious diseases, there was no significant differencesin age ( ??2=2.416, P ＞ 0.05). The detection rates of infectiousdiseases and HBsAg positive in male were higher than in femalerespectively ( ??2=3.877, P ＜ 0.05 and  ??2=3.910, P ＜0.05).   Conclusion   HBsAg positive is themajor infectious disease among entry-exit population at HeyuanPort. Entry business people and exit laborers are the targetmonitoring groups at Heyuan Port. We should strengthen the work ofmonitoring infectious diseases at ports, reinforce consciousness ofrisks and improve health consultation to protect internationaltravelers' health and prevent infectious diseases fromspreading.
