肇庆口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

    摘要：目的 掌握肇庆口岸出入境人员传染病的现状，为有效开展传染病监测工作提供科学依据。方法对2009—2010年在肇庆国际旅行卫生保健中心进行体检的出入境人员传染病监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2009—2010年体检人数为2224人，检出各种传染220例，总检出率为9.89%，其中乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性198例，检出率为8.90%；梅毒14例，检出率为0.63%；丙型肝炎抗体阳性7例，检出率为0.31%；开放性肺结核1例，检出率为0.04%；艾滋病病毒抗体阳性未检出。结论乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性（HBsAg）和梅毒螺旋体阳性是影响肇庆出入境人员身体健康的主要因素，特别是梅毒感染者明显增多。公务商务人员、劳务人员和交通员工是肇庆口岸的重点监测人群。加强出入境人员的传染病监测，普及预防传染病的知识，提高出入境人员的自我防护意识，制定行之有效的防治措施，控制传染病在国际间传播。

    Surveillance on infectious diseases amongentry-exit persons

    at Zhaoqing Port

    Abstract:   Objective  To know the status of infectious diseases among entry-exit personsat Zhaoqing Port, and to provide scientific evidence for thedisease surveillance.   Methods   The resultsof infectious disease surveillance among entry-exit persons inZhaoqing International Travel Healthcare Center from 2009 to 2010were analyzed.   Results   From 2009 to2010,among 2 224 entry-exit persons, 220 cases were positive,theall detection rate was 9.89%. In which , 198 cases were HBsAgpositive ,the detection rate was 8.90% ; 14 cases were syphilis ,the detection rate was 0.63% ; 7 cases were HCV-Ab positive ,thedetection rate was 0.31% ; 1 case was infective pulmonarytukerculosis , the detection rate was 0.04% ; no HIV-Ab positivewas found.   Conclusion   HBsAg positive andsyphilis are the major factors of entry –exit persons at ZhaoqingPort. Officer , businessmen ,labor and trafficmen are the focus ofmonitoring groups at Zhaoqing Port. We should strengthen themonitoring of infectious diseaseas and health consultation,improvepublic consciousness of health case ,and we should constituteeffective prevention and control measures to prevent infectiousdiseases from spreading.
