摘要:目的对褐家鼠体内检出流行性出血热抗体的情况进行分析,为鼠传疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法应用双抗原夹心法对褐家鼠血清中流行性出血热IgG抗体浓度进行定量检测。结果 检测出血清中流行性出血热抗体IgG的浓度为46.50ng/ml。结论医学媒介携带病原微生物潜在危险性存在且不容忽视,为保障口岸卫生安全,口岸医学媒介监测工作应由单一的种群本底调查转向种群、病原体等多元化监测。

Abstract: Objective To analysis the result of epidemic hemorrhagic fever antibodydetected from Rattus norvegicus,and to provide scientific data forprevention and control of disease. Methods The double antigens sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(DAgS-ELISA) was adopted to detect IgG antibody of epidemichemorrhagic fever in the serum of Rattus norvegicusquantificationally. Results Theconcentration of IgG antibody in the serum of Rattus norvegicus was46.50 ng/ml. Conclusion There are thepotential dangerous of pathogen carried by medical vector. In orderto insure the sanitary security, surveillance of medical vectors atfrontier ports should be changed from simplex species investigatingto multiplex one including species, pathogen and so on.
