深圳市婴幼儿配方粉阪崎肠杆菌检测情况分析

    摘要：目的 了解深圳市婴幼儿配方粉阪崎肠杆菌的污染情况，评估深圳市婴儿感染风险。方法对抽取的144份婴幼儿配方粉进行阪崎肠杆菌荧光定量PCR检测，同时参照GB/T4789.40-2008《阪崎肠杆菌检验》进行分离培养、鉴定。结果共5份样品经荧光定量PCR检测出阪崎肠杆菌阳性；1份进口样品分离出菌株。结论深圳市进口婴幼儿配方粉中存在阪崎肠杆菌污染隐患。需加大抽样检测比例，并加强检验监管力度

    Detection and analysis of enterobactersakazakii in  infant

    formula at Shenzhen Port

    Abstract:   Objective  To investigate the contamination and distribution of Enterobactersakazakii in the infant formula at Shenzhen Port, and to assess thebaby infection risk.  Methods   Isolation andculturing of Enterobacter sakazakii were performed on 155 samplesof infant formula. Isolated strains were subject to identificationby real-time PCR and application national standard math toidentification.   Results   A total of 5samples were identified by real - time PCR as Enterobactersakazakii, 1 strains was isolated from import infant formula withthe source of cow milk by national standard math. Conclusion   There exists contamination by Enterobactersakazakii in infant formula at Shenzhen Port，so we must increasethe proportion of sampling, testing and strengthen supervision.
