首例入境集装箱中发现疑似鼠疫感染死鼠的检测

    摘要：目的通过对入境集装箱中发现的死鼠进行实验室检测，加强口岸对入境啮齿动物携带鼠疫杆菌的监测力度。方法分别用胶体金和PCR方法对入境集装箱中发现的死鼠进行鼠疫杆菌检测。结果该样本鼠疫杆菌F1抗原阳性，pla基因和fra基因PCR扩增均为阳性，判定该样本为疑似鼠疫杆菌感染。结论在口岸一线加强对入境鼠类携带鼠疫杆菌检测具有重要意义。同时，应不断加强口岸公共卫生核心能力建设，加强公共卫生实验室建设及重大疫情检测技术储备。

    Abstract:   Objective  To conduct the laboratory diognoses of dead mouse found in entrycontainer, and to strengthen the monitoring efforts to entry rodentcarring plague bacteria.  Methods   The goldimmunochromatographic assay (GICA) and PCR methods were used totest a dead mouse about Yersinia pestis which was found in importcontainer at Daxie port .  Results   Yersinia pestisF1 antigen, pla gene and fra gene amplified by PCR method werepositive so the sample may be infected by Yersinia pestis.Conclusions   It has great significance in strengtheningthe detection of Yersinia pestis to entry mouse at port.
