南宁口岸出入境人员体检中腹部超声检查结果分析

    摘要：目的 探讨超声检查在口岸出入境人员体检中的应用价值。方法 对9776名口岸出入境体检者的超声结果进行分析。结果 9776名口岸出入境体检者中，体检异常者1056例，疾病检出率为10.80％；脂肪肝检出率明显高于其他疾病的检出率；男性检出率高于女性；以50岁以上年龄组检出率最高，以来华工作的外籍人员检出率最高。结论超声检查具有简便、无创、快速等功能，在疾病的早期发现中起到十分重要的作用，为口岸出入境人员健康状况评价提供了依据，有针对性地为口岸出入境人员提供健康指导和咨询服务有着重要意义。

    Analysis of  results on transabdominaluhrasonography examination

    among entry-exit personnel at NanningPort

    Abstract:   Objective  To evaluate the value of the uhrasonography in entry-exitpersonnel's examination．  Methods   The results ofultrasound examination for 9 776 entry-exit personnels wereanalyzed．  Results   Among the 9 776 entry-exitpersonnel，1056 cases had abnormal physical examination，theabnormity rate was 10.80％． The positive rate of fatty liver wasremarkably higher that of the other disease .The positive rate ofmale was higher than that of the female.In over 50 aged group, thepositive rate was the highest.The foreigner who work in china hadrelatively high positive rate. Conclusions  Uhrasonography is a simple，noninvasive，rapid，screening and otherfunctions，playing a very important role in the early detection ofdisease.Effective instruction to entry-exit personnel is verimportant to protect them healthy.
