摘要:目的通过分析2002—2010年二连浩特口岸鼠类监测结果,为进一步制定鼠疫防控措施提供科学依据。方法按《全国鼠疫监测方案及实施细则》的要求,采用24 h弓形夹法和5m夹线法调查啮齿动物种类和数量的分布;对口岸的宿主动物和媒介生物进行病原学和血清学检验,对捕获的宿主动物体的媒介进行鉴定和统计分析。结果2002—2010年,鼠类监测共布夹18 688次,捕鼠1449只,鼠密度为7.75%;以长爪沙土鼠和达乌尔黄鼠为优势种群;鼠体外寄生蚤平均染蚤率为40.17%;解剖并培养鼠脏器1449份,从鼠体和体外寄生蚤中共检出鼠疫菌6株;检测鼠血清324份,间接血凝法(IHA)检测阳性8份。结论二连浩特口岸地区动物鼠疫疫情活跃,应做好鼠疫防控工作。

Analysis of results on rats surveillance at’Erlianhaote prot in 2002~2010

Abstract: Objective To analyze the surveillance results of rats at ’Erlianhaote port in2002~2010, and to provide the data for plague control and strategyimplementation. Methods According to the unifiedmethods formulated by nationwide surveillance program, thevertebrate reservoirs of plague and insect vector were monitored byaetiology and serology methods. The distribution of species andquantity of rodents was investigated in 24h bow clip and five-stepfolder line method. The vector insect obtained from the hosts wasidentified. Results The average density ofrodents was 7.75%, the dominant rodent was Mongolian gerbil andCitellus. The average flea infection rates of rodents was 40.17%.Totally 1 449 samples were tested, and 6 strains of Yersinia pestiswere collected from rodents and vector insects. 8 of 324 serasamples obtained from animals were positive via IHA. Conclusions The plague epidemic situation is active at’Erlianhaote port, and it is also important to prevent and controlfor plague.
