完善我国国境口岸传染病应急防控体系的探讨

    摘要：目的 探讨完善我国国境口岸传染病应急防控体系的对策。方法对美国在预防和控制急性传染病方面的规划、监测体系、提高应急能力等方面进行研究，并对目前我国国境口岸传染病防控措施进行分析、评价。结果美国具有完善的突发公共卫生事件应急体系，能有效控制突发传染病的传播，而我国国境口岸传染病应急防控体系还存在不足。结论结合口岸实际情况，借鉴美国的经验，建立更为合理、有效的国境口岸传染病应急防控体系。

    Abstract:   Objective  To perfect the system of emergency control of infectious diseasesat frontier ports in China.  Methods   The majormeasures and practice of United States and Chinese at frontierports for prevention and control of infectious diseases wereresearched respectively, including the national control strategy,the surveillance system, the ability of preventing the seriousinfectious diseases.   Results   United Stateshad established a perfect system to response to the public healthemergency.  Conclusions   It is necessary to use forreference on the United States for response to the public healthemergency and perfect our system of infectious diseases for controland provention.
