摘要:目的以互联网为基础建立口岸传染病风险评估流程和开放的应用系统平台,提高卫生检疫工作信息化水平。方法以口岸传染病风险评估体系为基础,利用成熟的Microsoft.NET2.0与AJAX技术。结果本系统的研制为卫生检疫风险分析提供了有关传染病、媒介基础信息数据库,以及相关政策、法规、标准等专业知识的共享平台;对建立口岸传染病风险预警与快速决策的新模式进行了初步探索;也为建设科学的口岸公共卫生安全分析体系提供技术支持。结论口岸传染病风险评估进程需要进一步的具体化和规范化,应继续推进卫生检疫风险预警与决策的信息化进程。

Abstract: Objective To build the professional knowledge-sharing platform, and toimprove the level of health and quarantine information. Methods The early warning information system ofinfectious disease at port was based on Risk Assessment System forInfectious Diseases by the Microsoft.NET2.0 and AJAXtechnologies. Results It provided professionalknowledge sharing platform on infectious disease, vectorregulations and standards database and policies, regulations,standards for health and quarantine office. Meanwhile, the platformcan provide strong technical support for building a science publichealth systme for quarantine department. Conclusions Disease risk assessment process needs further specific andstandardized, we should promote the health and quarantineinformational process.
