预防朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件措施的探讨

    摘要：目的分析朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件应急处理措施，以提高在朝觐期间该特殊人群的突发公共卫生事件的处置能力。方法通过分析近几年朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件卫生检疫应急处理工作经验，总结朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件处理特点。结果注重朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件处理细节，能最大限度地减少突发公共卫生事件对朝觐人群的影响，保障朝觐人群身心健康。结论朝觐是一项政治性、政策性强的跨国群众性涉外宗教活动，规模大，人数多，做好朝觐人群突发公共卫生事件应急处理十分关键，对落实党的民族宗教政策有重大意义。

    Abstract:   Objective  To analyze prevention measuses of public health emergencies amongHajj group, and to increase disposal capacity of public healthemergencies among the special populations during pilgrimage.Methods   The handling characteristidcs of public healthemergencies among the Hajj crowd in recent years were summarized,meanwhile, the experiences on the public health emergency ofpilgrims crowd were analyzed.  Results   It canminimize influences of public health emergencies among pilgrimagecrowd and ensure the pilgrimage crowd physical and health throughpaying attention to the details of public health processing. Conclusion   Hajj is a political, policy-oriented foreigntransnational mass religious activities, it is critical toemergency response to do well in public health emergency ofpilgrims crowd, and is greatly significant to the implementation ofthe party’s ethnic and religious policies.
