加强出入境邮检工作 确保口岸卫生安全

    摘要：目的加强出入境邮件检验检疫工作，防范外来有害生物及有毒有害物质随邮寄物传入、降低口岸突发性公共卫生事件和恐怖袭击事件的风险。方法通过长期的工作实践与广泛的调查研究，分析出入境邮件检疫工作在5个方面存在的问题，阐述加强邮件检疫工作的重要性和必要性。结果加强出入境邮件检验检疫机构建设，进一步完善邮件检验检疫法律法规，提升邮件查验水平，扩大舆论宣传，建立与相关部门之间的协作机制。结论必须加强出入境邮件检验检疫工作，才能确保邮路口岸卫生安全。

    Strengthen entry-exit parcel inspection andquarantine and

    ensure the health safety of port

    Abstract:   Objective  To strengthen the entry-exit parcel inspection and quarantine work,and to prevent exotic pests and toxic harmful substances at ports,and to reduce the risks of public health emergencies and horribleattacks at ports.  Methods   Through the long-termpractice and extensive research, the problems in five aspects ofthe entry-exit parcel inspection and quarantine work were analyzed,the importance and necessity to strengthen entry-exit parcelinspection and quarantine work was explained. Results   The inspection and quarantine departmerits havestengthened institution-building, further improve the postalinspection laws and regulations, enhance the level of parcelinspection and quarantine, expand public advocacy, and establishthe coordination mechanism with relevant departments. Conclusions   For the safety and health, it is importantto strengthen the entry-exit inspection and quarantine work.
