结核分枝杆菌诊断方法的研究进展

   摘要：传染性肺结核病是世界上最严重的传染病之一，也是影响全球的主要健康问题，对结核病的检测和控制受到各国政府的高度重视。缺少快速、灵敏和准确的诊断方法是无法有效控制结核病传播的一个重要原因。本文主要针对当前国际上出现的结核分枝杆菌检测新技术做简单的介绍，为检验人员在选择合适的检测方法和平台上提供一些建议，对研究者建立和开发快速、准确检测结核分枝杆菌，甚至是耐药结核分枝杆菌的技术研发上，提供新的研究思路。关键词：结核分枝杆菌；分子诊断；快速检测；出入境

    Research on rapid diagnostic methods ofMycobacterium tuberculosis

    Abstract:   Infectious pulmonarytuberculosis is one of the most infectious diseases and continuesto be a major global heath problem. Lack of rapid, sensitive andaccurate diagnostic methods poses a huge obstacle to effectivelytuberculosis control. This article focuses on new technologies ofMycobacterium tuberculosis detections currently appeared on theworld and provides suggestions to inspectors for selectingappropriate MTB diagnostic methods and platforms. This review alsogives researchers ideas for establishing and developing rapid andaccurate MTB detection methods, even the methods for drug-resistantMycobacterium tuberculosis.
