江西口岸出入境人员艾滋病相关知识知晓现状与对策

    摘要 〔目的〕了解江西口岸出入境人员艾滋病相关知识知晓现状，提出开展艾滋病相关知识宣传的对策。〔方法〕在江西口岸出入境人群中随机选择600人进行问卷调查，用SPSS软件对调查结果进行统计分析。〔结果〕江西口岸出入境人员对8项艾滋病相关知识问题的总知晓率为74.83%，男女知晓率无统计学意义（?掊2 = 3.187，P =0.074）；不同年龄段知晓率具有统计学意义（?掊2 = 21.733，P = 0）；未婚组知晓率高于已婚组（?掊2 =6.681，P = 0.010）；不同职业的人群知晓率具有统计学意义（?掊2 = 34.542，P =0），以劳务人员知晓率最低为68.82%；文化程度越高者艾滋病相关知识知晓率越高（?掊2 = 72.977，P =0）。出入境人员获得艾滋病相关知识的主要途径依次为：电视（75.17％）、宣传材料（55.17％）、报刊杂志（50.67％）、网络（49.00％）、广播（35.00％）、咨询医生（26.83％）、交谈（19.67％）、培训（9.50％）。〔结论〕江西口岸出入境人员艾滋病相关知识总知晓率不高，应加强大年龄组、已婚、劳务和低学历人员艾滋病相关知识健康教育，应根据不同人群的特点，采取多渠道、多方式搞好艾滋病防治知识的宣传，有效地防止艾滋病在出入境人员中的传播。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To understand the status of the HIV/AIDS Correlations of knowledgeamong entry- exit personnel at Jiangxi Port, and to provide thecountermeasures for development of  AIDS knowledge propagand.Methods   A questionnaire survey was employed amongentry-exit personnel at Jiangxi Port, and the data were analyzedwith SPSS.  Results   The average accurate rate of 8Kinds of knowledge question about HIV/AIDS among entry- exitpersonnel was 74.83% at Jiangxi Port. There was no  differencein male and female knowing rate (?掊2 = 3.187，P = 0.074); There wasthe difference age (?掊2 = 21.733, P = 0);  The rate ofunmarried group was higher than that of the married group (?掊2 =6.681, P = 0.010); The rate of different profession’s crowd was thedifferent (?掊2 = 34.542, P = 0). The rate of labors was lowest for68.82%; The rat of highly educated personnel was higher (?掊2 =72.977, P = 0). The main way were in turn which the entry-exitpersonnel obtain AIDS knowledge: television, publicity materials,publication magazine, networks, broadcast, consult doctor, talking,and training, accounting for 75.17%, 55.17%, 50.67%, 49.00%,35.00%, 26.83%, 19.67%, 9.50%, respectively. Conclusion    The rate of the AIDS correlations ofknowledge among entry-exit personnel is not high at Jiangxi Port.It should strengthen education on AIDS knowledge among the olderage group, married group, labors and low education group. Accordingto the different crowd’s characteristic, It is necessary to adoptmulti-channel, the multi-ways of the propaganda for prevention andcontrol of AIDS.
