摘要 〔目的〕通过对入境可再生废物原料(废纸、废钢铁、废塑料等)中病原微生物的检测及结果分析,评估各种废物原料对人体和环境的潜在危害。〔方法〕采集进口废纸样本,利用分离培养、生化鉴定、PCR等方法对入境废纸样本中的病原微生物进行检测。〔结果〕从入境废纸样本中检出一株鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌,并对该菌进行了系统鉴定,同时检出多种致病菌及条件致病菌。〔结论〕从入境废纸中检出鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌,显示入境废物原料对人体和环境具有潜在危害,出入境检验检疫机构应进一步加强对入境废弃物的监管。

[Abstract] Objective To detect several kinds of pathogenic microorganisms from theimported renewable wastes such as the wastepaper, ferrous waste andplastic waste, and to evaluate the potential harm to human body orto the environment. Method The samples ofimported wastepaper were collected, and several kinds of pathogenicmicroorganisms were detected through separation culture,biochemical identification and molecular biologicalidentification. Result A strain of BurkholderiaMallei was found from the imported wastepaper, and then the strainwas identified; several other kinds of pathogens and conditionedpathogens were also identified. Conclusion B.mallei belongs to a kind of highly pathogenic microorganisms, it isthe causative agent of human and animal glanders and is a categoryB biothreat agent. From the result of above study, a conclusion wasdrawn that some imported wastes were harmful to the health of humanbody and the environment at port, the port inspection andquarantine authorities should effectively strengthen the safetyoversight and safeguard the border ports health security of ourcountry.
