汕头口岸中央空调系统军团菌污染现状及人群感染水平的监测研究

    摘要 〔目的〕 对汕头口岸中央空调系统军团菌污染现况及目标人群感染水平进行监测。〔方法〕在2008—2010年，通过对汕头口岸中央空调系统冷却塔水和冷凝水开展军团菌采样检测；对目标人群160人采集血液样本，进行血清学检测。〔结果〕从44份采集的样本中检出嗜肺军团菌阳性标本5份，阳性率为11.36%；从160个目标人群血清中发现军团菌阳性标本2例，阳性率为1.25%。〔结论〕汕头口岸中央空调系统和人群分别存在着军团菌污染和军团菌隐性感染的情况，必须加强口岸环境卫生监督和中央空调系统定期卫生处理工作，防范军团菌病的发生与传播。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To understand the situation of Legionella-contamination of thecentral air conditioning and the level of Legionella-infectionamong the target populations at Shantou frontier port. Method   The water samples were collected from thecondensate water and cooling tower water of central airconditioning during 2008 to 2010 at Shantou frontier port,Leginellawas isolated and identified. A total of 160 human serum samplescollected from target populations were detected for the Legionellapenumophila antibodies.  Result   Five strains ofLegionella were obtained from 44 samples, the total positive ratewas 11.36%. All of them were Legionella pneumophila.Two positivesamples were detected from 160 samples, the total positive rate was1.25%.   Conclusion   There wereLegionella-contamination and inapparent infection in the centralair conditioning system and among the target populations at Shantoufrontier port respectively. It is necessary to strengthen thefrontier port health supervision and cleaning up central airconditioning on a regular basis to guard against the happening andtransmission of Legionnaires disease.
