入境可再生废纸原料对作业人员健康影响的配对研究

    摘要 〔目的〕了解入境可再生废纸原料对口岸作业人员健康的影响，为提出预防和治理有害因素对作业工人健康影响的方法和策略提供依据。〔方法〕运用职业流行病学调查方法，按性别、年龄、吸烟指数、身高和体重配对，对入境可再生废纸原料作业人员（暴露组）和对照组进行问卷调查及相关体检。〔结果〕暴露组咳嗽阳性率、咳痰阳性率、肺部X线检查肺纹理增粗人数、食欲不振阳性率、慢性腹泻阳性率、便秘阳性率、尿常规检查中红细胞阳性率、血常规检查中HGB异常率、心电图检查中心率异常发生率均比对照组高（P< 0.05或P < 0.01）。〔结论〕入境可再生废纸原料作业人员在呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统和循环系统等方面均出现一定程度的异常。制定预防和治理有害因素对作业工人健康的方法和策略，提高预防和控制职业相关疾病的能力。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To explore the health effects in workers exposed to importedreproducible paper materials, and to provide evidence of preventionand control strategies.  Mehtod   Accordingoccupational epidemiology, a questionnaire survey and physicalexamination were made in imported reproducible paper materialsworkers and control group，matched for sex, age, smoking index,height and weight.  Result   The positive prevalencerate of cough, expectoration, poor appetite, chronic diarrhea,constipation, RBC in urine,abnormal HGB, abnormal heart rate andthe numbers of markings thickening in exposure group were allhigher than that of control group(P < 0.05 or P <0.01)．  Conclusion   The workers' respiratorysystem, digestive system, urinary system and circulatory systemcould be affected by imported reproducible paper materialsexposure. It is necessary to provide measures and strategies ofprevention and control for occupational disease.
