沙门氏菌快速检测显色碟片的制备工艺研究

    摘要 〔目的〕 研究沙门氏菌快速检测显色碟片的制备工艺。〔方法〕用无纺布和胶黏剂体系代替传统的琼脂作为载体，将显色培养基制备在便携式一次性平皿内，制成沙门氏菌快速检测显色碟片。〔结果〕沙门氏菌显色碟片50份盲样的检测结果与传统方法比较，经统计学分析，无显著性差异；加速稳定实验产品的室温保质期可达1年。〔结论〕显色碟片使用方便，可有效减少繁杂的准备工作，节省检测时间，降低检测成本。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To study the preparation technology of Salmonalla chromogenic rapiddetection disc.   Method   The fabrics andadhesive system were used instead of traditional agar as a carrier,and the chromogenic medium was prepared in the portable disposableplate.  Result   There was no significantdifferences between  Salmonalla Chromogenic disc of  50samples test and traditional methods, also have 1 year shelf lifeand ease to use.  Conclusion   Application of thechromogenic disc can effectively reduce the complexity of thepreparatory work, save test time and lower test cost.
