志贺氏菌属显色培养基在食品检测中的应用研究

    摘要 〔目的〕考核志贺氏菌属显色培养基对食品中志贺氏菌的检测效果，确认其是否可作为新型快速检测方法。〔方法〕 按国标(GB4789.5-2003)程序比较几种培养基检测食品中志贺氏菌的效果。〔结果〕志贺氏菌属显色培养基与传统平板SS、麦康凯相比对测试菌株有更高的灵敏度和特异性，可提高检出率。〔结论〕用志贺氏菌属显色培养基检测志贺氏菌是一种新的快速途径，可明显提高检测效率。

    [Abstract]   Objective  To observe the results of Shigella chromogenicmedia in detection ofShigella, and to  set up a new rapid detection method． Method    The method was developed according to GB4789.5-2003． Result    The sensitivity,specificityand detection rate of Shigella chromogenicmedia was superior tothat of SS and MacConkey Agar.  Conclusion  Shigella chromogenicmedia is a new way for rapid detection ofShigella as it can greatly increase the detection rate.
