摘要近年来,一种新兴的芯片技术———微流控芯片技术以其快速分析、低消耗、微型化和自动化等特点发展非常迅速。该技术是在分析化学领域发展起来的,它以分析化学为基础,以微机电加工技术为依托,以微管道网路为机构特征,以生命科学为主要应用对象,把整个实验室的功能集成到芯片上,而且可以多次使用,其应用前景非常看好。本文介绍了该技术的基本情况、芯片的发展历史、芯片的制作、芯片检测方法和应用。并对该技术今后的发展进行了展望。

[Abstract] In recent years, a newkind of microfluidic chip technology, with its rapid analysis, lowconsumption, miniaturization and automation, etc. have developedvery rapidly. The technology is developed in the analyticalchemistry field, which to analyze the chemical-based, MEMSprocessing technology as the basis, in order to featuremicro-channel network for the organization to life sciences as themain application object, the function of the integration oflaboratory to the chip, and can be repeatedly used, its applicationprospect is promising. This article describes the basic situationof the technology, the history of the chip, the chip production,the chip detection methods and applications. And we look forward tothe future development of this technology.
