两种监测方法现场捕蚊效果评价

摘要 〔目的〕 调查人帐诱法和CO2灯诱法的现场捕蚊效果。〔方法〕采用人帐诱法和CO2灯诱法进行蚊类调查。〔结果〕 两种方法共捕获1307只蚊虫,经鉴定分别为三带喙库蚊(Culextritaeniorhynchus)、白纹伊蚊(Aedesalbopictus)、中华按蚊(Anopheles sinensis)和骚扰阿蚊(Armigeressubalbatus)分别占各种类的比例为85.16%、9.49%、4.82%和0.53%,三带喙库蚊为优势种群;2种方法捕获的蚊虫种类相同,但CO2灯诱法捕获的蚊虫密度指数129.0只/灯•h显著低于人帐诱法266.5只/帐•h。〔结论〕CO2灯诱法可作为蚊虫种群调查的一种手段,尤其在发生蚊媒传染病的地区,应作为首选方法。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy of CO2 trapping lamp and mosquito-curtaintrap for catching mosquitoes. Method The CO2trapping lamp and mosquito-curtain trap were used. Result The mosquitoes captured by two kinds of trapswere not different from each other. There were Culextritaeniorhynchus, Aedes albopictus, Anopheles sinensis andArmigeres subalbatus, which accounted for 85.16%,9.49%, 4.82% and0.53%. Cx. tritaeniorhynchus was the local predominant population.However, the mosquito density index of CO2 trapping lamp was129.00/lamp•hour, which was lower than that of mosquito-curtaintrap (266.50/curtain•hour). Conclusion The CO2 trappinglamp could be employed to monitor the mosquito population,especially it should be the preferred method in the epidemic areaof mosquito-borne disease.
