    广东口岸入境废弃物现状调查及其潜在危害分析

    摘要我国每年要从国外进口大量的可再生废弃物，如废纸、废钢铁、废塑料等，该类物质经回收利用，成为我国经济建设的宝贵原料。近年来，我国入境可再生废弃物数量呈明显增长趋势，对我国一些领域的生产建设起到了重要作用；同时，也有一些是通过非法途径入境的“洋垃圾”，如我国明令禁止进口的废旧电子产品、废旧衣物等。入境废弃物可能携带或产生对入境口岸环境卫生和人体健康有害的物质。通过对广东省口岸入境废弃物种类、数量和来源的调查研究，了解入境废弃物中可能含有的有毒、有害物质，分析其对口岸环境卫生及相关人员身体健康的潜在危害。

    [Abstract]   A large number ofrenewable wastes was imported from abroad every year, such as wastepaper, scrap iron and steel, waste plastics, by recycling of thesesubstances. They became invaluable material for economyconstruction of our Country. In recent years, the number ofimported waste presents a significant growth trend, it has playedan important role in production and construction in some areas ofour country. At the same time, there are also some foreign wasteentering the country through illegal ways, such as waste electronicproducts, waste clothing. which was banned to import in China.Entry waste may be carrying or giving birth to hazardous substancesto environmental health of ports and human health. Throughsurveying and studying the type, quantity and sources of entrywaste at ports of Guangdong Province, and understanding the toxicand hazardous substances it maybe contain, and analyzing thepotential hazards to health of port environmental and health ofrelated personnel.
