发酵乳酸杆菌PCR快速检测方法研究

摘要 〔目的〕 建立一种特异、灵敏的发酵乳酸杆菌快速检测方法。〔方法〕根据发酵乳酸杆菌纤维二糖tuf 基因延伸因子基因tu设计一对PCR引物,进行引物的特异性和灵敏度试验。〔结果〕PCR得到了较好的特异性扩增,其他干扰菌都无扩增,灵敏度达1.3 × 104 cfu/ml。〔结论〕该方法能够实现发酵乳酸杆菌的快速检测,具有灵敏度高、特异性好的特点。

[Abstract] Objective To establish a rapid, specific and sensitive method for detectionof Lactobacillus fermentam. Methods According tocellobiose tuf gene elongation factor tu of Lactobacillusfermentam, a pair of PCR primers was designed. The specificity andsensitivity test were carried using PCR detectionmethod. Results This method showed a highspecificity, the interfering bacteria were not amplified. Thesensitivity of the method was 1.3×104 cfu/ml.Conclusion This method is able to achieve rapid testingof Lactobacillus fermentam with a high specificity andsensitivity.
