电化学发光免疫分析技术及其临床应用

摘要 〔目的〕通过研究电化学发光免疫分析(ECLIA)技术,使其更好的用于出入境传染病筛查。〔方法〕从ECLIA的原理、临床应用、应用前景等方面入手,比较其临床应用的优越性。〔结果〕ECLIA是一种新型的化学发光免疫分析技术,采用了电化学发光技术、生物素—亲和素技术以及磁性微珠包被技术,是一项准确度和灵敏度高、特异性强、检测范围宽、线性良好的全自动快速分析系统。〔结论〕ECLIA现已应用于基础医学研究及临床疾病的诊断和治疗中,在口岸传染病检测方面具有很好的应用前景。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical value of Electrochemiluminescereimmunoassy(ECLIA) for the screening of infectious diseases. Methods In the aspects of principle,clinicalapplication and prospect, superiority of ECLIA was showed. Results ECLIA was a new Chemiluminescence Immunoassaymethod using Electrochemiluminescence and Biotin-avidin technologyand Magnetic beads coated Technology. It’s an automated Immunoassaytechnology with good accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,linearity andwide measurement region. Conclusion Now, ECLIA is usedin basic medical research and the diagnosis and treatment ofclinical disease,which has great application prospects in detectionof infectious diseases at the ports.
