    季节性流感疫苗对非健康人群的有效性和安全性研究进展

    摘要季节性流感疫苗对健康人群有明显的保护作用，具有良好的安全性，接种流感疫苗是流感预防最有效的方法。由于非健康人群自身的免疫功能与健康人群有差异，加之非健康人群在治疗过程中使用的药物导致的免疫妥协现象，非健康人群接种季节性流感疫苗后的有效性和安全性问题日益受到广泛关注。本文拟对包括实体癌患者、器官移植受体患者、进行免疫调节和英夫利昔单抗治疗的炎性肠病（IBD）儿童患者等在内的非健康人群使用季节性流感疫苗后的有效性和安全性的最新研究进展做一综述，为上述类型患者临床上合理使用季节性流感疫苗预防流感提供科学依据。

    [Abstract]  Seasonal influenza vaccineperforms perfect safety and efficacy to healthy population.Inoculating is the best way to prevent seasonal influenza. Becauseof the difference of immune function between healthy population andpatients, and immunocompromise in patients evoked by medicationduring therapy, the safety and efficacy of the seasonal influenzavaccine when used in patients caused worldwide concern. The articlewill review the study progress on safety and efficacy of theseasonal influenza vaccine when inoculated in sufferers includingpatients with solid cancer，organ transplant recipients,inflammatory bowel disease patients receiving infliximab andimmunomodulatory therapy, to provide scientific basis for thereasonable administration of seasonal influenza vaccine in thepatients mentioned above.
