    摘要 〔目的〕了解国际旅行卫生保健中心发展过程中存在的风险因素，完善国际旅行卫生保健中心风险评估体系和风险应对策略，国际旅行卫生保健中心实行风险管理、强化工作质量，推动国际旅行卫生保健中心实现可持续发展。〔方法〕利用风险管理的方法，从保健中心的整体战略目标出发，在保健中心运行的各个环节和层次进行各种风险的识别和评估。〔结果〕确定了国际旅行卫生保健中心发展过程中存在的人力资源风险、技术风险、设备风险、管理风险等潜在风险因素，用层次分析法来进行风险评估。提出了建立国际旅行卫生保健中心风险管理组织体系、风险管理制度、实行品牌战略的思想，从根本上规避风险；同保险机构合作、为出境人员办理保险等风险应对策略。〔结论〕国际旅行卫生保健中心实行风险管理科学、可行，有利于其强化工作质量，推动自身发展。

    [Abstract]  Objective    To understand the existent risk factorsof the International Travel Health Care Center in its development,to perfect the risk evaluation system and the strategy of riskmanagement, to establish the way of carrying out risk managementand enhancing quality of work,and to push the Health Care Center tocontinue developing.  Method   The method of riskmanagement in the whole strategic target of the Health Care Centerwas adopted, The various risk in every aspect and layer duringoperation were identified and assessed.  Result   There were resource risk, technique risk,equipment risk, management risk, and so on, in the Health CareCenter’s development. It should carry out risk assessment byAnalytic Hierarchy Process, put forward to build up the Health CareCenter’s risk management organization system and risk managementsystem, practice brand strategy to evade risk ultimately; cooperatewith the insurance organization, give people who leave the countryinsurance, etc.   Conclusion   It is scientificand feasible to practice the risk management in the Health CareCenter. It will be advantageous to enhance quality of work andpromote its own development.
