首都机场口岸出境尸体/棺柩、骸骨、骨灰监测分析

摘要 〔目的〕对经首都机场口岸出境的尸体/棺柩、骸骨、骨灰的监测数据进行分析,为改进出境尸体/棺柩、骸骨的卫生检疫工作提供参考。〔方法〕整理2003—2009年经首都机场口岸出境的尸体/棺柩、骸骨、骨灰的数据资料,并进行统计学分析。〔结果〕2003—2009年,经首都机场口岸出境尸体/棺柩、骸骨、骨灰共815例,其中尸体/棺柩785例(占96.32%)、骨灰27例(占3.31%)、骸骨3例(占0.37%)。死者以男性为主(占80.61%),年龄多集中41~60岁年龄段(占52.88%);主要死亡原因为猝死(占32.64%)、脏器功能衰竭(占22.94%)和意外死亡(占13.62%),男女死因顺位有显著性差异;少数死于肝炎、肺炎等传染病。〔结论〕针对主要致死病因,应加强对高发病率年龄段外籍人员的健康咨询和宣传,对其进行旅行安全、生活安全和行为安全教育。

[Abstract] Objective To clarify the sequence of death causes of foreigner in China byanalyzing the data of the corpses/coffins, skeletons and bone ashesdeparted from Beijing Capital International Airport, and to providereferences for improving health quarantine about corpses/coffins,skeletons. Methods The data of thecorpses/coffins, skeletons and bone ashes during 2003~2009 weresorted out and analyzed. Results There werealtogether 815 cases of corpses/coffins, skeletons and bone ashesduring 2003~2009, included 785 cases of corpses/coffins (96.32%), 3cases of skeletons (0.37%) and 27 cases of bone ashes (3.31%); themajority of the dead were men (80.61%), and 41-60 years old(52.88%); the main causes of death were sudden death (32.64%),viscera function failure (22.94%) and accidental death (13.62%),the sequence of death causes of men and women were differentsignificantly; some few of the death causes were infectious disease, such as hepatitis and pneumonia. Conclusion It is necessary to provide more health careservices to the foreigners in China who have high age incidence ofspecific diseases, and promote safety education about travel, lifeand behavior.
