黑龙江省中俄边境口岸吸血蠓类调查研究

摘要 〔目的〕 调查黑龙江省中俄边境口岸吸血蠓的种类分布和种群组成。〔方法〕采用诱虫灯诱和挥网法采集吸血蠓;并收集相关文献。〔结果〕 2007—2009年在黑龙江省中俄边境6个口岸采获吸血蠓21230只,经分类鉴定隶属1属19种,其中新发现了逊克库蠓新种(Culicoides xunkerensissp.nov.),哈尔巴岭库蠓为黑龙江省新纪录。长白山亚区(3口岸)分布37种、大兴安岭亚区(3口岸)分布26种。所调查的黑龙江省6个口岸吸血蠓的分布分别为:饶河35种、黑河24种、萝北20种、绥芬河17种、逊克12种(均为该县首次记录)、漠河8种。优势种群为兴安库蠓(占66.2%)。不同口岸、生境场所、月份的蠓种组成有所不同。〔结论〕为黑龙江中俄边境口岸吸血蠓本底、生态和防制研究提供了科学依据。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the species distribution and population compositionof blood-sucking midges at frontier ports of Russia andHeilongjiang province in China. Method The lighttrap and insect net were used to collect blood-sucking midges, thedata of blood-sucking midges about species distribution at frontierports of Russia and Heilongjiang province were collected. Result 21 230 blood-sucking midges were identified as 1genera 19 species at 6 frontier ports of Russia and Heilongjiangprovince during 2007~2009 , of which Culicoides xunkeensis sp. nov.was found, C. haerbalingensis was recorded for the first time inHeilongjiang province. 37 species distributed in Changbaishansuberritory (3 ports ). 26 species distributed in Daxinganlingsuberritory (3 ports ). Species distribution of 6 ports was showed35 species in Raohe, 24 species in Heihe, 20 species in Luobei, 17species in Suifenhe , 12 species in Xunke ( all species wererecorded for the first time in Xunke ) , and 8 species in Mohe .The predominan species was Culicoides sinanoensis (66.2%). Thepopulation composition of blood-sucking midges varied withdifferent ports, habitats, places and month. Conclusion The scientifica evidences will be provided for studying on basicdata , ecology and control of blood-sucking midges in frontierports of Russia and Heilongjiang province.
